CHURCH HILL, Tenn. -

New Life Missionary Baptist Church in Church Hill, Tennessee is helping girls find the dress they'll wear the night of the prom. Over 550 dresses were donated to Cinderella Project.

"We actually had lady this year that donated over 200 dresses that were brand new with the tags still on them," says Kayla Williams, an organizer for the program. "We have just been very blessed this year just by the outpouring of the community support that we have."

With prom season approaching, many girls are unable to afford the price tag that comes with prom.

"If they need help, are just going through a rough time or they're just not able to afford a dress, we welcome anybody to come without proof of economic status," says Kayla.

And no matter what style, color or shape, Project Cinderella, gives away dresses at no cost. "They are completely free. There’s no stipulation; the girls don't have to return them," Williams said.

And the perfect dress needs the perfect shoe; even though the Cinderella Project may not have a true glass slipper, free shoes, hair and make-up are available to make the look complete as well.

"I like purple and I like diamonds and the way it fits overall. It makes me feel beautiful," says Callie Greene of her new dress from the Cinderella Project.

The Cinderella Project will give away dresses on Saturday, March 9 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. at New Life Missionary Baptist Church.

They ask all in need of a dress to come at that designated time. They are also looking for more volunteers.

If you need a dress, want to make a donation or want to volunteer, contact Kayla Williams at the New Life Missionary Baptist Church in Church Hill, Tennessee.
