Animal center hosts reunion for adopted dogs

KINGSPORT, Tenn. -

The Sullivan County, Bluff City, Kingsport Animal Center is hosting a special event this weekend.

The Shelter Alumni Adopted Dog Reunion is happening Saturday, April 20 from 10am-4pm at Kingsport’s Dogwood Park.  The park is located at 800 Granby Road, off W. Stone Drive.

The event is open to all dogs adopted from either of the SBK Animal Shelter’s Kingsport or Blountville locations.

Dogs must be adopted from the SBK Animal Centers, must be over 4 months of age, have documentation on hand that they are current on their vaccinations (including Bordetella), must be wearing a collar and be with a handler over 14 years of age.
