WASHINGTON COUNTY, Tenn. -

A Washington County, Tennessee, jury came back with a guilty verdict for 44-year-old Poncho Delgado Wednesday afternoon.

Delgado was convicted of first-degree murder and arson.

Delgado was accused in the May 25, 2006, death of 41-year-old Robert Curtis. Curtis was stabbed to death and his home on East Fairview Avenue in Johnson City and his home was set on fire.
