Williamson County, Tenn. -

The manhunt for a man Williamson County authorities say shot his wife and children with a shotgun is under arrest.

Jeff Vaughan allegedly fired at his wife and kids as they were getting into a car. According to officers, Vaughan tried to leave the scene, but was later spotted by a WTVF-TV news team. The team called the sheriff’s department and alerted them of Vaughan’s whereabouts.

We’re told Vaughan works for the Williamson County School System and has keys to school buildings. School officials closed school during the investigation as a precaution.

None of Vaughan’s children were hurt by the gunshots, but his wife was treated for a pellet wound.
