If you want to vote early in Tennessee, Thursday is your last day.
Election officials say many people have turned out to vote in Sullivan County. In fact, election officials say the numbers are double compared to four years ago.
Sullivan County Administrator of Elections Jason Booher is reminding city residents they can vote in county races.
"They can vote for county commission, county mayor, county sheriff, all the races that are on the ballot," said Sullivan County Election Administrator Jason Booher. "They pay those taxes to the county in addition to the city taxes so it's important for their voices to be heard in county elections as well as city elections."
Early voting wraps up Thursday at 4 p.m.
Polls are open in most Tennessee counties from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6th.
