BRENDA GRAY
WASHINGTON COUNTY, Tenn. -

UPDATE: 11:03 am:

A former Washington County, Tennessee bus driver will have to wait until December to enter a plea.

Brenda Gray faces 39 counts of reckless aggravated assault after a bus crash involving David Crockett High School students in September of 2012.

Her court date to enter a plea has been delayed several times. Her first attorney died; on Wednesday, attorney Clef Corker agreed to represent Gray pro bono.

The judge extended the plea deadline to December 3 to give Corker time to review the case.

Corker asked to review the accident reconstruction report because he is questioning the speed that was documented.
