SULLIVAN COUNTY, Tenn. -

A former Sullivan County Corrections Officer convicted of child pornography charges now knows the price he will pay.

Randy Hass was sentenced to serve five years in prison with 15 years probation according to Sullivan County Assistant District Attorney William Harper.

Randy Hass pleaded guilty to 27 counts of Facilitation of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and to ten counts of Official Misconduct back in August.

Hass was fired in April of 2012 after detectives said they found child pornography on Hass' phone and computer.

The defense is planning to appeal the sentence.
