A crash investigation in Johnson City led to an altercation and several charges for a Greeneville, Tennessee man.
Johnson City Police say it started when a plainclothes investigator stopped to help a driver who was in an accident on Interstate 26 Thursday.

Once Williams was arrested, police say they found two loaded guns and a large amount of drugs-- including crack cocaine, prescription pills and marijuana-- in his vehicle.
Williams is now charged with aggravated assault, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of a handgun during the commission of a dangerous felony, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of hydrocodone with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, resisting arrest, and evading arrest.
Williams was scheduled for court in Washington County, Tennessee Friday.
