Bluff City Police tell us someone found the 2-year-old children along Bluff City Highway on Tuesday morning.

Officers say they found out where the toddlers lived and spotted a man asleep in the home with drug paraphernalia in view.

Police say Alsdorf and Roark were not home at the time.
