A Greenville doctor is sentenced for misbranding drugs.
A federal court found Anindya Kumar Sen was found guilty purchasing more than $3 million worth of misbranded and unapproved drugs from a company that distributed medications from foreign sources. The indictment says it happened while they operated East Tennessee Cancer and Blood Center in Greeneville and Johnson City between 2009 and 2012. According to our sources Dr. Sen was sentenced for three years of probation and a $100,000r fine. His wife received four years of probation and a 200 thousand dollar fine
