SULLIVAN COUNTY, Tenn. -

Sullivan County deputies are looking for information after a terrifying ordeal for two women.

They say it happened Tuesday evening just after 8:30 p.m. The two women say they were on Highway 11-W when someone driving what looked like a gold Toyota began following them and flashing the vehicle's bright lights.

A few minutes later, they say they heard gunshots; they called 911.

Shortly after that, the man driving the vehicle, who was a white man wearing what looked like a red shirt, turned off his headlights and turned around. Deputies say there appear to be bullet holes in the back of the victim's vehicle.

If you know anything about this incident, call the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office at (423) 279-7500, extension 222.
