Two people killed in Sevierville fire
A five-year-old boy and his step grandfather were both killed while visiting Sevierville, Tennessee.
Fire investigators say the fire broke out around 4:30 a.m. Saturday at the Cabins at the Crossing.
We're told 56-year-old Ricky Hudson of Indianapolis, Ind., and 5-year-old Tayveon Temple both died when fire ripped through the three story cabin.
Officials said Hudson made it out of the cabin but suffered major lacerations due to breaking out glass. He later died at an area hospital.
The group of more than 20 people was visiting from Indianapolis and Louisville, Ky. Many of them were treated for minor abrasions.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
