Pennsylvania 27, Lafayette 21: Billy Ragone threw for two touchdowns and Spencer Kulcsar added one on the ground to stake the Quakers to a big lead before surviving a fourth-quarter scare in a home win over the Leopards.Ragone was 21-of-28 for 218 yards, with touchdown passes to Ty Taylor and Mitchell King. Kulcsar struggled in the running game, managing only 20 yards on 13 attempts, but hauled in five catches for a team-high 66 yards while adding a key rushing touchdown.Ross Scheuerman ran for a pair of scores for Lafayette (0-3), which was outgained by Penn 339-240. Quarterback Andrew Dzurik threw for 157 yards but was intercepted twice. The Quakers (1-0) held a 13-7 lead at halftime and extended their advantage to 27-7 on third quarter touchdowns by King and Kulcsar. The Leopards would make it interesting in the fourth quarter, however, when Scheuerman found the end zone twice within a span of 5:20 to slice the deficit to 27-21. On Lafayette's final possession, Dzurik quickly found Brandon Hall for a pass that brought the Leopards near midfield. But after Lafayette lost yardage on consecutive snaps, an incompletion set up a desperation 4th-and-29 attempt that fell short on a penalty for an illegal forward pass.
